Yep, dropped it. Plenty other teams would get ‘no try’.
Cows doing well, by their poor standards; hoping they can contain the Roosters better in the second half and be more creative when they get near the try line.

Be nice to see both JT’s get a good roll on.

    Go Cowboys!!
But the refs couldn’t let the Roosters lose.

    Bs.

Unbelievable, 5 weeks out from finals.
No team would want that disruption at this time of year. Makes no sense.
Got to be more to this one.

Gus thinks he knows best .... I find it hard to believe that he’d push Griffin out, at this time, without having someone else signed up.
Bit nuts. Griffin will get a good payout, right? He’s contracted to 2020 after all.

Goes to show, you can do well at your job and still be surplus to requirements!

Agree. Saw these comments reported online:
Regardless of who the Panthers land on as the long-term replacement for Griffin, Gould said significant changes were necessary to secure a premiership in the coming years.
“I think there was a feeling that whatever Anthony brought us in the first few seasons that we weren’t going to get anywhere beyond that,” Gould said.
“Once that decision was reached last week I felt it important that we relay that to the coach straight away and moved on.
“We made a decision that the club was going to take a change in coaching philosophy from next year onwards.

If Gould is so sure, time to dust off the white board and deliver the Panthers a premiership this year or next.
Prove us all right or wrong.

I don’t think the team has it in them myself (caveat: my footy predictions, as a Cows and Qld supporter, have been garbage in 2018).

no matter I'm mostly a one team ( tiggers )
but am happy as at start of season most people wrote them off, I could see Ivan only had one season . they lost some top players they had since juniors. but they are doing ok. they beat all the top teams this year. so look forward to next year hope we have Ivan !

Well if I was Ivan, and Panthers had kicked me out in 2015..., but he seem's like a good guys would put that behind him, I suppose. more $ to the Tigers.

If Gould isn’t careful, Cleary jnr May start looking to exit.
Why stuff with a club that has good prospects at this point of the season. Stupidity.

Gus being Gay, I can see what you mean.
I think the Cleary's are good guys Father & son bond. So can understand. The rest like sacking coach when team looking good, I can't understand

    GO COWBOYS.
They have it in them to roll any team in the comp ... but have consistently stuffed it up.

Hopefully they bring more of last week into tonight’s game, and turn Pauly’s beloved XXXX sour.

    Looking forward to the contest.
