poll : Yay or Nay?

Hi guys, I'm in the process of building a new look for my softail.
Just mocked up the tank and the seat and been getting some conflict in opinion (some rather strong) on how shit the bike now looks.
Some will say "do what YOU want" and I get it. but at the same time I want to build something that's generally considered beautiful too. So before I put more of my heart, soul and hard earned $ into my project I'd like to know what the general consensus form us "Harley guys" would be on the LOOKS of this current status of the bike. So BESIDES THE PRACTICALITY side of things, what do you guys think of it? You guys remember the "Cool Wall" from Top Gear? just think of this poll like that, so
yay or nay
? Thanks in advance. (masking tape is only there to protect the paint finish. the tank is of 2016 fourty eight in black.)

Fuck me here we go again! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, why oh why would you care what others think of your bike. Break out of your "must be liked by others" mode and build it yourself for yourself

HH on the money again, but get rid of those bloody bicycles, they have no motor and look like hard work .
Go with heart, and head a little.

Yes for me, I think it looks good. The classic Sporty tank has a great look to it regardless of what bike you put it on. Aligning it high on the backbone is also a great look. And those sprung seats only look good on Softail frames. On the side of practicality, I would have used a 3.3gal Sporty tank. But I guess if the ultimate look is what you're after the 48 tank looks better.
Also, have to agree with others, don't ask for opinions on style, do what you think looks best. You're the one that's going to have to ride it.

First pic yes, second no. Not a fan of spring solo seats (especially on bikes with suspension)

I think your missus looks like shit and you should dump her
I prefer a smooth skin with nice legs and that just funnel to a nice box gap, B tits and brunette

What’s the back wheel covering gonna look like?
It’s not bad as you’ve got it but it needs a bit of arse end balance.

I prefer the bog standard bike.
The other one looks cobbled together by a drunken dwarf.

Well, for what it’s worth, I like it. Personally, I have a thing for low slung bars, particularly on a bike of this shape. But do what make you happy :-)

There is potential there for sure, bars need to be rolled foreword for a start. And there is way to much backbone exposed between the tank and seat.
In saying that though, who gives a rats what I think? Build it how you like it, ride and enjoy.

I like it, except the pipes. They need to be black?

My opinion, and everyone has one, is the tank looks too small in comparison to the engine. Big engine under a little short tank. Tank doesn't look part of the bike, and looks as though it's just sitting there. If the tank traveled further down the spine of the bike, it may look better. So I say nay.

Hmm, personally it looks unbalanced at the rear, lot of visual weight in the front with little at the back.
I do bike illustration and the big thing I’ve learned about drawing old choppers and vintage bikes is it’s the openness and space on them that made them look as cool as the did.. the motors were a lot less bulky, no wiring, more open frames etc.
Modern motors and frames are bulky as fck, hard to do..
Maybe try a very short sissy bar on the back, maybe raise the guard a little and extend it back, possibly even one with a duck tail.. maybe mount a tailight on top, just small things to add a little weight to the ass end.. maybe some high up shotgun pipes, maybe visually bring things up a bit.
End of the day it’s gotta be vaguely street legal too!
