    G'day guys,
it's been 6 years since i used the tts on the 2012 fat bob.

when i am setting the main details of the bike at the start, it's asking for the "cal part number" ? how do i find out what this is ?

    bike setup:
    2102 dyna 103"
    high flow air cleaner
rinehart kick backs(sort of like v & h short shots)

would anyone know a good map that would suit ? (just in case i stuff it up)

    cheers

thanks waz.....i ended up having a quick chat with the guys from tts in the states.....they recomended the DAA358-03-A1.mt9 as a starting map and then tune from there.
i must say this looks a bit daunting.

    G'day Hilly,
i can't find any reference to the IVO ?

when i open the ecm tuning constants menu, what would i need to change to allow for the free flowing pipes ?

Thanks very much to both Waz and Hilly, here are the new pipes i have put on....they are rinehart kick backs.
Waz, i did end up using the DAA file, no popping goes great!.....Hilly, i checked the IVO and it was bang on 5, so i guess i have a good base to refine the tune from, cheers.

what cams have you got ?
have you got a screenshot of the camshaft ivo ananlyzer result ?
good idea to check throttle response from idle with a data log

    G'day
I still have the stock cams.
Will likely take it pretty slow as the bike is running so smooth.

Spoke will a local dyno operator and he suggested to come in after i get new cams, as pipes and an a/c dosn't really warrant the $750.

The data collecting used for changing the ve tables isn't hard to do and very effective.
Where it gets more difficult (at least it was for me a few years ago unless the software has improved) is adjusting the ignition timing. The last I heard (a few years ago) was that TTS was going to have a program that would adjust it based on data collected similar to the ve tuning process. Dunno if that's around now?

Tuners often don't know much about TTS but any tuner that tunes with the Se or pv should be able to work it out as it uses all the same tables of the ecu but just with a different user interface. And the TTS user instructions are pretty good.

Ok...when i have loaded the .mt9 file into mastertune 2-hd, it opens with lambda tables, when i click on table selection there is no option to select AFR TABLE....have i missed something ?
    cheers

that sounds right for your year/,model.lambda replaced afr around 2012 for the dynas I think.just the new way of doing it.

    Hi Guys,

Ok I have installed a map from the tts bank, done a flight recorder run and vtuned(3) it, recorded the second run and it looks like this:

am I on the right track with these values ?
