Not every day you see one of these come up for sale. Sure they made millions of the Honda fours (sohc) from 1969 to 1979. However the first few thousand to come off the production line are now known as Sandcasts. This is because Honda did not know if these if these new fandangled 4 cylinder machines would sell well or be a complete flop.
To hedge their bets, they made the first few thousand using old school sand molds in the foundry to cast the crank/engine cases, etc.
Once they (the honda blokes) realised they had created a sensational new production bike they changed the tooling over to die cast to keep up with production. So these Sandcasts are pretty rare. There are a few in Australia however I have not seen one.
Anyway, this low number one is up for auction on U.S ebay now.

    Number 31 that's a super low number sandcast ,
Could be one or two years back there was one on US ebay, if I remember correctly it was one of 4 that were the first to enter the US , I'm pretty sure it went for $140k,
I bet there's a lot of these sandcast cases in dumps with holes in their crankcase from the drive chain,
