    Thanks
I have removed the fuel pump plug not sure of what its called its the wiring joiner plug, fitting. I had it soldered back in buy an electrician he took the fuel pump assembly away to the workshop and returned to my shed and installed back in like the photos show.
My question: I am a bit worried that this may not be a good seal  ... has anybody used this bog before, The sparkly did reassure me it will last many many many years. The sparklys a good bloke, gust checking with you mob first
When looking at the photos the crystals around the bottom of the bog have been added by me, its a supper glue I applied after moving the wires into there position.
    Thanks again   bloodog

If sparky reckons it will last many, many years. Perhaps it is best to be optimistic and believe him. If fuel does start leaking from there you should notice it. Just keep an eye on things.
If you want to be extra cautious perhaps you could paint some of that POR fuel tank sealer over the repair. Or at least try it if the repair starts leaking. It's good shit and can fix pea sized holes, but if the repair job is holding out for now and I were you, I reckon I'd leave it alone and just monitor the situation.

The sealer looks a bit like that ferropre plumbers use.
