Just a general note if you're looking for a reliable email service don't use Microsoft's Outlook.com.  For the second time now, I've had to contact them because they have blocked this site from receiving emails.  The email server that this site uses is setup correctly to indicate that's it's not spam, yet they have blacklisted it twice.

I gave up on outlook when it became part of office, the only way to use full functionality is to pay the annual fee. I purchased complete office for a one off payment and it can be loaded on to a few computers and costs nothing more, sort of like an older version of office but seems to have all  the features I need.
