Is there such a thing as 'good' and 'bad' harley dealers?
My local is sunshine coast harley (Qld).
     Do they cheat you fair?

Ooh that's a loaded question Kev.

From my experience they know their stuff better than me, service is always good especially on a cold wet day, prices can be hit & miss.

Unfortunately that didn't answer your question.

As stated a loaded question. When it was family owned i found them to be outstanding. As a large chain now its lost some of its friendly nature. Most the crew are still there and Dan the master tech really knows his craft. Craig and Rick in service are still there as is Russel from spares. Unless your bike is under warranty do your own servicing, not hard to do.

local is a large chain heard some bad reports coming out of them..

when I was first looking 28yrs old I was "I'm to young to afford one" and that was the end of that conversation..

I always get a laugh when I rock up on it now and see the look on the salesmans face..

parts department seem to be ok but no real customer service..

I use a local bloke who works from home.. he has been a Harley tech for 34 yrs and has a unreal shop in a huge shed behind his house.. he is fair and his work is next to non.

does everything from general servicing or extreme custom work..
