Diagnostic code b1121 = left turn output faulty TSM (Turn Signal Module)

    Hi guys, 
    I've hit a wall on trying to fix 2014 forty eight and seeking some help. 
    following is what I have and done.

    -2014 forty eight factory turn signal.
    -bulbs & contact point checked
    -when the left turn signal button is pressed, the turn signal flashes 3 times in correct normal speed then proceeds into hyper flashing.
    -diagnostic code b1121 appears in dash = "left turn output faulty TSM (Turn Signal Module)"
    -right side works perfect.
    -hazard light works perfect on all 4 turn signal lights.
    -tried re-syncing by leaving the hazrds for 2 minutes. Didn't work.

    My question is , what is "Turn Signal Module"? whats it look like? and where can I find it? googled everywhere with no luck.
    I'm almost ready to install a load equalizer (register).. if nothing works.... :(

    Hey bro i had the same problem. My indicator bulb easint pluged i properly
