I made this yesterday, at first you might laugh,  but who wants to spend hundreds on a tool box on wheels. This cost me not one cent. and you probably have most of this stuff at home or can get it free.
The draws are an old bedside table it was a bit unstable so I made a base out of an old piece of timber so the wheels would be out wider than the draws. The wheels came off an old tv cabinet that was in the junk room. The tray, siliconed on top, came from the oven LOL  so i wont drop bolts and bits on the floor... Who cooks Brownies here anyway.
Even made socket holders after sorting out full sets from all the random sockets laying around.
Then just a quick paint on the base with an old spray can...
Done...
