After selling my 883,,, at one point I was sure I was getting 2018 fat bob.. but after a bit of self reflecting, I realised it wasn't my kind of Harley.. 

Not feeling it at all.

But I also HATE that new Triumph Bobber thing too.

I'm not sure what it is, but none of them look right to me.

All the oldschool (shovels and older) bobbers seem to be able to pull the look off effortlessly, so that's where my money would be aimed.

If you have designed something you like the look of just do it, one of the joys of a harley is building your own dream not being worried others will object to your choices. I am not a fan of the tank choice but then I don't own it or have to ride it, then unless you are going to buy the bike and change it in one go it will probably evolve beyond this anyway. 

I like it.  love that old school style.  Have a play around with moving the seat further back and down if possible and the lines of the bike will be smoking hot.

correct me if I`m wrong but don`t the street bobs have the bigger 5 gal tank why would you change tanks?. sorry but for me all that exposed frame takes away from the lines & the sporty tank sticks up a bit much , I agree with maeltrol  if possible bring the seat back & down but your bike mate as long as your happy & I also don`t mind the Gaters aren`t they a old school loojk?

My blue its the low rider that has the 5 gal , yer bob concept looks great aswell it all starts with a dream right ? now all ya need to do is buy one

when I went to my local dealer it was a shame to see the streetbob called a softail..

it just doesn't look right..
