2013 CVO Breakout rear fender in Diamond Black and Molten silver

This is BRAND NEW IN THE BOX , has never been fitted.

Just last week sold my CVO Breakout , this was a "spare" for it and is now for sale.

$1500 USD new from Gunslinger who do all the CVO paint ( $2,000 Australian !) PLUS POST !

I'm asking $950 Aussie and can be posted within Australia in the original box

I would have thought you'd have a limited market RM. Trick is to find someone who has a CVO in the same colour scheme, with an uneconomical to repair damaged rear fender. Otherwise it's just a bit of expensive bent tin. Good luck though

Thanks fellas for the input. I know it's exxy , just trying to recoup the outgoings on it. I also had a 3 month+ wait for it !

I had a NOS rear fender in black for 200 rear Softails , put it on Gumtree and had dozens of enquiries in the first week

That was at $400 of course , but black Softails 2006 to 2017 were the same rear guard , a MUCH bigger market.

Turkeys offering $150 non stop , held out for the $400 ask and had it within a week, went to a young dude who had "wheelied' his Nightrain "unsuccessfully" !

I'll give it a go and see.

Ordinarily it would have gone with the CVO Breakout I just sold , but due to the current "buyers market" in Oz the price was screwed too low so it's now being sold separately.

    Hey Retroman,

Glad to see you finally sold the CVO. Been a few years. Been watching it. Nearly messaged you as a guy on Gumtree was after a 2013 same colour in Sydney. Maybe you sold it to him or just a coincidence?

Sold the bike  VERY locally mate , less than 12K's away !

Yes it took a while but I was in no rush and kept using it the whole time.

WA at least , and perhaps the whole country it's a very depressed used HD market.

Frasers here in WA had 2 used CVO Breakouts in the last year , they shipped both east from here after months unsold on the floor.

Putting them out in the winter rain every day and they soon looked shithouse. They had well over 60 used HD's at the time !

An HD dealer with shops in the east can do that , the "other" Perth HD dealer has HUNDREDS of used bikes , way too many.

I got a serious , not too ridiculous offer , better than "trade" for sure and away it went.

Some folks are STILL asking in the mid to high 30's and into the 40's for them , they have surely missed the boat

    We'll see

    Bloody good price at $950

This was/is a "modified" paint process by Gunslinger , as the first run as sold on the new bikes some were faulty , showed spidering under the clearcoat.

This is exact same colour , but a different process apparently.

Eventually all of the early ones will have the same spidering problem , this is there to cure that when it occurs

I've not advertised it in the US or on the US forums , thought I'd run it here first.

On the US CVO forums it would sell the first day , I'm just hopeful someone in WA will see the value of having it and snap it up and COLLECT it.

Hope you do sell it, just reflecting on the low numbers of  2013 CVO breakouts imported then dividing that number by the available color options to find the few that are your color. Take out the show ponies who dont ride the bike, guess its a small market . Again hope you sell it.

Yes , only 7 this colour sold new in WA

Plus a few "grey imports" that have arrived since

I already know the US is the market for this  , which seems quite bizarre really.

If I'm humping it to the local Post Office it don't matter where it's being posted to in reality.

Like most all CVO painted parts , this is not held in stock anywhere , made to order , 3 month lead time

    Bumpity bump

Did have a strong enquiry on this from the US , but fell thru' as it is very hard to convince them you are not a Nigerian scammer !

Oh sorry , my brother has won the Nigerian lottery and wants to transfer it to your bank account ! Just pay the GST and we'll get going haha !

Seriously , rear fender still available
