Before we Organise a poker run are there any politics to consider 

I know where I'm from the % clubs don't like Social clubs doing poker runs...

1. most pubs around here are run by different % clubs

2 . they want the profit

3. not worth the Hassel and abuse ..

a few blokes I know went ahead anyway and arranged one and lets just the same money raised didn't end up with them and 1 had to visit a hospital bed.

 Do cash agreements happen  

No idea.. I have been on a few % club poker runs but anything that is a social gathering that makes a profit for a NON charity I stay clear of lol - that's just my area tho
