    Amsterdam has banned "beer bikes" following years of complaints from local residents, after a court agreed the 12-seat rolling bars block traffic and disrupt public order, with riders shouting and urinating in public.
    An inner-city ban went into effect on Wednesday, following the court ruling a day earlier that sided against four businesses offering the service.
    "The ban is justified because of the combination of traffic congestion, disorderly behaviour and crowded city centre," it said in its ruling.
    The beer bike has become a popular way for partying tourists to travel around the city.
    They are small carts that have been modified to include bar seats arranged around a bar table, with patrons pedalling along the city's famous canals while drinking beer.

    'Only in Perth' it going on everywhere, these guys copped a slap on the wrist. Just evolved a bit from kids billy carts !

    I just noticed something. 
    The bloke sitting at the front of the beer bike that driving or steering it has a swig from a cup thats probably beer and holds it up, just after the start of the vid.
    Hed be fucked if that happened in Australia. Breatho, drug tested ect. And fined big time for drinking beer whilst being in control of a vechial.

    We seen heaps of these in Nashville earlier in the year and the majority of them where full of drunk young ladies on hens weekends...If I was a young fella I know where I would move too...

    I didn't think that even passengers where allowed to have an open container of alcohol in the car while it is in motion..
