Went to Harley Davidson in Scottsdale today to grab a poker chip for a friend, must have walked past 30 bikes before getting to the door, they continued on the inside.
There must have been every colour for every model (2018) including CVO's and trikes and still many of the 2017 models.
Special bikes for the army, Air Force, marines, coast guard, desert storm and police
More merchandise and clothing as far as the eye can see.
Up stairs was the eatery and bar, tattoo shop, function centre and wedding chapel, yep wedding chapel.
18 hoist workshop and 32 machanics (12 specialists) Got the tour.

They claim to be the biggest HD dealer in the world.
Back story, the guy walked into the old store as a customer, got no service, approached a salesman and got poor attention, (sounds like Adelaide) so he buys the lot, builds the now bigger store over the road, sacks every person and gets new staff, all new attitudes are customer priority, November 4 they have a big day with band and Willie Davidson making a visit.
We got a salesman within minutes of looking at a couple bikes, after a chat and he knew we were not buying a bike, his service was still ongoing.

    Worth a look

its all about service, our 2 salesmen at work[ jd dealers]are getting heaps of sales at the moment and customers tell me in the field, thats its the fact that the blokes do get back to  them,in a good time and with a rock steady good price that the deals are good to them .....then we have to find the tractors to fill the orders.years back we crawled all over a s/h troopy and the sales blokes watched from inside, after 20 minutes of our " inspecting"the unit from top to bottom, a sales bloke came out and asked if we were after a 4x4....not real quick/bright and no sale from us, asked for a test drive..but not offered.

Every dealership go that little bit extra to make it a great experience, no matter what your in there shop for, even if to get out of the rain for a free coffee and a doughnut, they are glad you stopped off.
