It looks like from 2014 sportster's had their exhaust crossover connect at the header pipes not the slip ons. I noticed a rattle and loss of what feels like torque, checking the exhaust it appears the front header pipe and the crossover is no longer firmly connected. There does not appear to be a gasket and looking at the rear exhaust header and shop manual it looks like it was previously welded. Any ideas how to solve this one? Will it require re-welding? Is the potentially what might be causing a loss in performance?
