Latest forum release 1.0.1.0

    I've released an update to the forum.  This update includes some new features:
    - When you reply to a thread, you can now see the previous posts beneath the editor (up to 20 posts). Most recent first.
    - You can now subscribe to forums, so you can be notified of any new posts or threads in that forum.  Click the subscribe button at the bottom of the forum page.
    - Your user profile (click username at top right), now includes a "My posts" button which lists all your posts in descending order.  It also lists your date joined.

    I've made quite a few bug fixes and other internal changes.  Let me know if there's any issues?
