Metal Ricker Cover Gaskets

    Hi all,
    The replacement lower rocker box gaskets I bought from HD for an early Evo, are a one piece tin gasket as opposed to the original two piece paper gaskets and I don't know which way up they go. Can anybody help?

    Embossed side up is what i did but i was told it didn't matter as long as the holes lined up.
    Once its tensioned down it flattens out anyway.
