    G'day..
Well it took over 20 years but now one of the EVO engine fins is now losing a section of the black wrinkle finish paint. To HD's 1990's quality build credit, its the first bit to fail and is a very small section that maybe I will be the only person to notice - But it stares at me!!

I did a search on here and it has come up before but did not really give a clear answer so here it is again....Is there a heat proof wrinkle product that I can do a touch up with???? Someone did mention the dealer may have a product but the thread did not follow up with the info/result.

    Cheers all.

I think the wrinkle paint was the old stuff and now they call it "textured black" or something like that.  I've known people who have used it and never heard them whine (which is unusual) so I think it must work.  Someone here will prolly have a definitive answer though.

As you were happy with the Harley finish, why not try their touch up paint, black wrinkle, think it's part no. 98600BF little bottle you can brush on. At least that way the black 'should' match.
