Trying to chase down an old timer in Tazzy

Anyone here ever heard (or know) a old timer going by the name of Dennis Quinlan, last known location in Tasmania ?
This guy is retired, but from what I just found out very skilled in fixing Japanese speedometers - according to a guy in UK- Peter Bond, that claim hes the only one in the world restoring Japanese clocks (speedos) - Peter told me that this old timer in Tazzy, even though being retired possible is the only one other than Peter himself doing professional work on these vintage speedos, so rather than risking spending £300 (AU $490) and have it shipped to UK, that Ive been quoted, I;d like to see if there's a way to get in touch with this old timer to see if theres a way to get this vintage clock going again
Tried to google Dennis Quinlan in Taz, but nothing really show up that makes any sense - perhaps theres someone here that actually know him or know where to find him - would be most interested to get in touch with him to see if he can help another old timer out
cheers

Sorry I was right when I said it was not repairable last night, if it turns out it definitely can't be fixed all you have is an anchor for a small boat or half a set of bookends. With a bit of research you might find an earlier or later repairable version, one you can open and pull the guts out of, look into cutting your original case to get the mechanism out and repaired then fit it into the other case. As long as the face sits properly in the case any mods would be hidden, just a thought and it might be easier to find someone to just fix the mechanism sinc the case is not their responsibility.
