Boom Box 6.5 - rear speakers and controls not working

    So I've recently pickup up my "new" 2014 Ultra Limited which I'm loving and is *seriously* luxurious compared with anything else I've ever ridden. Trying to familiarise myself with all the additional gizmos, and understand anything that's been changed by the previous owner and I've come across one problem with the Boom Box.
    The rear speakers and pillion controls do not work at all.

    Looking through the various config settings, there's no sign of a "fade control" or the ability to enable/disable the pillion controls either.

    Am I right in thinking that I'll likely need to take it to a dealer to get things flashed?

    Service menu is showing the 01_OFF.bin EQ setting is loaded... thinking I need the 02_OFF.bin to be used but it doesn't look like it's on the unit :(
