Just fitted this tonight and removed the HD 7" windsplitter. Had one the same on my 14 Street Glide and was happy with it. 

Gota say the Freedom shields are good quality , and the re curve does its job well ... I have the 8 inch on my street glide and it does the job for me .... Pity the  6 inch turned your bike upside down ....
