2014 Road King CVO - how to soften the front suspension

I have the above bike and am trying to find out how I can soften the front suspension. I have already changed the original wheels to a smaller diameter so that I can fit higher profile tyres. The original low profile tyres were so firm that my teeth rattled. Has anyone done anything to the front-end and if so what?
I have also fitted Fonales air-shocks on the back which was a big improvement over the original shocks.
Thanks in advance.

Sorry, sold the wheels already to a guy who smashed his front one......

Soft front end isn't good, maybe use stronger glue on your falsies.

I had soft "slammer" style front suspension on my CVO and couldn't change it quick enough. Ok on the freeway but shit in the twistie bits, wobbles etc and went rigid under braking.
