Still same one Arnie rode, with a few cosmetic variations, and motor up, wished I kept mine.

I'm a bit surprised no one has commented yet about the 107 motor in the Fatboy.
Does this mean the rest of the softail range will have 107 motors?

I'm thinking that's the case but the real question is when?

And what about the dyna range?

PS Really NOT a fan of the air filter shape and cover.

First full size Harley with a USD fork!
Looks like both Dyna and Softail (undershock) frames are gone. If the air filter is efficient without interfering with the brake, I'm impressed.
If the USD fork was an option across the range it'd sell up a storm IMO.

I'm a traditionalist but that's the ugliest line up of bikes I've seen. I'm sure they will appeal to a whole new group. I was super keen when I heard there was the new 107 going in, a mate has a street glide with a 114 and it performs well. Interested to see how they ride though.

OK well after searching for and reading the announcement I withdraw my previous question.
The Dyna range is dead and gone :(

Some of the new Softail range I don't mind, the new Slim is ok but that StreetBob just doesn't work.

And if they're over $15,000 in the US then the days of sub $25,000 big twins are history which is going to hurt sales in Australia  reckon.

i really like the 2018 models ... we went to trade our breakout in and they gave us very little for it so we are out of the market for the new one :(
$22 grand for a stage 5 2017 breakout with Legend Air Suspension and only 3500 km on it is very sad :( and they wanted $33,000 for the new Breakout :( puke puke puke ... oh and they wanted almost $40,000 for a 114 ci version lol in USA to get a 114 it will only cost $1500 compared to $7000 in AU lol ...

And what sort of hideous Frankenstein's monster is a Softail Low Rider? It's an unholy abomination! Kill it! Kill it with fire! Send it back to Hell...

Not see`n much I like, I think its the street bob that looks more old school, no weird headlight ,having said that it s not a Dyna...long live the Dyna !!

The Fat Bob's sheer ugliness is growing on me. I'm thinking a weathered matt black all over, with a post-apocalyptic Mad Max style streetfighter look. Maybe go a little rat.

I really like the 2018 models ... Harley has done well i reckon and oh the only reason why we wanted the 2018 model is the 114 and much cooler engine for summer time.
Riding the twin cam in stop go traffic of Perth's summer heat is deadly !

Fatboy's cheapest price is $31k (plus onroads) and that's for the 107.
Fatboy was never good handling and now it's got a 240 rear wheel on it

With all this concentration on the big twins because of 'emission and noise' compliance problems I wonder how in hell they're still getting the Sportster range through the tests?
And how much longer can they continue to do so?

Are we going to see liquid cooled sportsters in a few years or will there be an expansion of the 750 range and they kill off traditional sporties like they have the dynas?
