Just to let you all know, I received the Kuryakyn 9236 Finned Primary Inspection Cover Accent for Dyna & Softail, Black, for Harley: '07-'17 Softail & '07-'17 Dyna Models with Factory Forward Controls
EA $29.99, from Revzilla today, and it does not fit! It was for my 2016 FLSTFB Fatboy Lo, nor does it fit my wife's 2012 FLSTFB Fatboy Lo! It is about 2-3 mm too long and the same too wide, so it does not fit into the recess in the primary cover, consequently the double sided tape does not come in to contact with the primary cover and will therefore not stick. If I add additional layers of tape to it, it will stick but it will then be proud of the recess and will look crap and definetly not stay on.

Does anybody else have experience with this part and its fitment! Revzilla directed me to Kuryakyn, Kuryakyn say they have not experienced any issues, so just send it back to the vendor. Well, US$50 incoming shipping cost, US$29 cost of the part, US$50 return shipping, so that will leave me $100 out of pocket and nothing to show for it!

I'm thinking of taking my dremel to it as its the closest tool I have to a grinder, but I'm also, pretty sure I'll fuck it up and it won't be as well finished as it is and will look like a hack job!!

Did you know that they've banned episodes of the flintstones in Dubai. Apparently the residents don't understand the humour

However the folks in Abu Dhabi do
