Carby or exhaust

Ok here we go,
I have a evo softail running a ev27 cam adjustable ignition 9.7:1 comp that a comp test comes out at 205psi each cylinder and running a s&s super E carb running stock headers and screaming eagle11 mufflers so motor is healthy.
Here's where I'm at. To get a bit more power/torque do I swap the carb for a hsr42
Or do I buy a set of 2-1's exhaust. Can't work out what way I go and don't want to spend the money for no gain if you know what I man so if anyone has been down this road before which I'm sure someone has can you please give me some advise on what's going to give me the best gains from experience.

I'm with Hilly on this. A carb change is not going to give you another 10HP; a tune by someone who knows S&S units might help though.
Pipes are the same; if your running good ones then a swap out is boing to incremental at best.
If you want more grunt then the next step would eb a EV3 or an EV46 cam (I would lean towards the EV46) or some serious head work (perhaps shave 50 thou off the heads)
