Question about spoke wheel roadside tyre repair

    Gidday boys.
As im going travelin soon. I have a custom softail with the factory front spoked wheel.
I allready have an ARB tubeless puncture repair kit that all the bits fit in the teardrop toolbox and have actually used it a couple times on rear tubeless tyre. Worked so good that I rode the bike with that so called temporary repair until the tyre was due to be replaced. A couple times actually.
But I dont want to buy a tubeless rim for the front wheel.

Has anybody done a spoked rim sealing procedure to make the spoked rim a tubeless rim. Lots on UTube showing various methods and even some showing methods that still allow spoke adjustment if necessary using super glue, beeswax and all sorts of goop. (Truth is that ive never bothered adjusting spokes on any bike, road/trail, cruiser bikes ect since i bought first bike in 1980 nor have i ever had an issue with spokes that ever caught my attention)

If you have done a spoked wheel sealing procedure, even if its on a trail bike or such, what method did you use and how successful was it. (If on a trail bike, one would think that would be the ultimate test)

Theres many different procedures shown on UTube but ive no idea which one to choose as I dont personally know anyone whose done it. My idea is to try a method others have successfully done, ride around on heaps of back shitty bitumen roads to test it for a while and even purposely puncture the front tyre to do a tubeless rim repair with the ARB repair kit.
Im thinking better to test it here  at home than when halfway up the coast of Western Australia and find the method ive chosen  does not work.

    Cheers

    Progress finally.
Couldnt find a towbar for the 200mil rear wheel custom softail. Searched site after site for longer than an asian $5 love you long time girl.
And heres Yandina Classic motorcycle trailers, (140 Kays away that make them) And I was told not possible on a 200mil  rear tyre custom softail.

something like this is possibly the answer,

    http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/CRF1000L-Africa-Twin-Spoke-Wheel-Tubeless-Kit-21-2-15-18-4-00-MT-FR21214-/291698243582

not sure how it affects the legal standing should something go wrong though as the spoked wheel is designated for use with a tube

its a common mod on mountain bikes nowadays but they run low pressures and that is the weak point where they can leak

If mousse tubes were road legal they would be the answer

I think a heavy duty / thicker tube might be safer

As you mention, lots of ways to seal the spokes.
A few guys are just using the heavy 3m tape, but there is a bit of prep.
Basically clean the hell out of the wheel, seal the spokes with a good superglue, use plumbers GOOP (hard to get here) , then cover in silicone, then the 3m tape on top.
I've seen this kit mentioned a lot:

I love the look of spoked wheels but I personally couldn't be bothered going backwards to tubes, which I believe would be the answer.
Although, in saying that I have not done any homework on the subject, I hope you can prove me incorrect.
