indicators wired wrong ?

I have just replaced my indicators and resprayed my back guard, when I ran the wires back through the channels under the guard it removed the left and right marks I had put on each wire. So am not sure if the right is on the left side, I have no turn signal at all but when I turn the bike of and remove the key the alarm beeps and both indicators flash so the power is getting through but no turn signal ?
all fuses are good
head light comes on
If the wires are the wrong way around dose this affect the system
Thought I would ask before removing it all again and check things out
Thanks bloodog

Did you replace regular bulbs with LED's?
If so you may require a load equaliser unit to trick your flasher unit into seeing correct load. LED's draw much less current, arming your alarm or using hazard lights mode causes all four indicators to just reach load required by flasher module, individual left/right indicator operation does not.
I have a load equaliser under my seat - a small resin potted unit containing high wattage rating resistor packs.
You still might have left/right wiring crossed anyway - your owners workshop manual wiring diagram will show colour/stripe codes - if you shine a powerful torch up under your rear guard you might be able to see without disassembling again. Obviously once you have a load equaliser installed it will be obvious if left/right are crossed!

Today I got some time for my lover
SO ......I have temporary rewired back on the break light, taillight and front blinkers
When I turn the bike on I have fuck all blinkers break light taillight and horn
I have front light, high beam low beam and neutral light
When I turn the fob and remove the key I get my front and back blinkers flash and the siren sounds
When I changed the bikes bars I did not take the petrol tank of to rewiring them, as a result of this, when clicking back the wiring plastic clips that sit along the frame, ones clips, clicker broke and dose not lock in, so is not closing tight could this be the cause
Thanks bloodog

I have the same set of indicators that I'm about to fit.
The small inline unit is the LED constant current driver .
