I took the opportunity to read some of the evidence given at committal and then trial to have a clearer understanding of the offences.......umm i can see an appeal here. Does it prove he never committed the offences, absolutely not but certainly points to a defence of the conviction does not align with the facts/ evidence tendered.
Yeah Pauly, don't know what all the fuss is about, it was only a bit of Plain Vanilla. FFS a chap can surely have a peccadillo or three, even the esteemed John Howard reckons old Georgy porgy didn't do it, and the ABC and Satan are involved in a conspiracy.

Speaking to a Barrister mate who's also a circuit Magistrate, he reckons the presiding Judge totally fucked up and the appeal will be granted.
