hello forum menbers    i removed the camplate from 96 cube softail to up grade cams tenisioner shoes blah blah blah and noticed a small mesh screen fell out of somewhere carnt seem to find it in the work shop manual any one know where it lives     thanks fxst

The screen is only used in the soft tails & is for the balancer feed. It goes into the second hole above the locating dowel on the left side of the cam chest ( Yellow arrow). Screen is followed by an "O" ring which seals against the camplate once installed. Another "O" ring goes into the opening directly under the locating dowel (Red arrow). - Rob
