Updated forum to v1.0.0.9

    I've just done a release of the forum (v1.0.0.9)

     - Active Topics and My Topics now go back 75 pages (1500 topics) , instead of 25.
     - I added forum stats to the footer on home page
    -  I fixed several bugs with adding BB code links in the editor.  You can now have extended links and linked images.
     - Hopefully improved picture rotate code, to remove incorrect orientation info on some devices.

    Nice.  But wouldn't you want less active topics, rather than more?  Didn't it just show the new posts?  I would think that would be faster/better?
