I've been thinking for a while that the forum needs a new Off topic section that can be public.  So I've created one.

I'm thinking of making a few more content changes to streamline things a bit further.

Health and well being topics will be moved to:
Off Topic - members

There's just not enough topics in that section to justify it's own forum.
