Congrats on having a great bike. Interesting question. What made you think you'd want to? It's there to keep the bike cooler. I can certainly feel the heat pouring off the little radiators in the lowers on warm days. In the event it (water cooling) completely fails you'll be no worse off than where you want to take the bike.  The moment you downgrade the specs on your bike it'll be worth less (I would have thought). Trade it on a street glide and up spec that with top box, lights, lowers and the comms extras that you need or want.
