What was the motivation, out of interest? Are you planning on painting it?

Had a few skid plates on my off road chook chasers over the years, but never on the Harley....  What are you planning to do with the poor bike?  Suppose there's always a chance something would flick up with normal road riding, but that's why I stays away from work utes  :)

With the high pipes , chain conversion and what looks to be a dual purpose rear Tyre i would guess it doesn't spend all of it's time on tarmac.

The skid plate is Aluminum and will be Black Anodized when finished testing.

Nice job.  I think the mounting holes are already there?  But did you need to make the mounting blocks as well?

    Nice work there mate!
a friend got me to look at a very low k's late model sporty was a low bike and a  ( i think, city bike ) i got down looked under it the pain on frame was badly scraped to bare metal & turning rusty. i thought to my self very low k's but bashed about under frame?? so i guess city speed humps, so even city boys & girls need one.
