Just wondering if anyone can tell me if a 17"rim that normally takes a 160x70 will also accept a 180x60??
Cheers...

Hey Pauly...I am just about to order a new rear tyre for my wideglide that normally has a 180x60 rear tyre but I have a switchback wheel on it that takes a 160x70 and was just going to go back to original tyre size,mainly for looks as long as there are no safety issues...I want to keep the switchback wheel as I am not a fan of spokes...
Cheers..

take a look here for the breakdown :
https://www.bobjane.com.au/info/load-index-speed-symbol/
TL = tubeless
Reinf = reinforced, or rated for high loads

Thanks for that...So in reality you would add bike weight+rider weight+ gear weight,divide by 2 and that would give you your tyre load capacity..??
