Just go to the video's page on Youtube and copy the page's full address into the YouTube popup above.  As long as the video is public it should work.  If it doesn't just page the video's address into this post and I'll investigate.

Is this the video below?  I searched on youtube for the id in your post.  I pasted the address from Youtube into the YouTube link button in the editor and it work ok for me.
Did you paste the link from a mobile or desktop?
