Some may have noticed a spammer posting on the site.  That user was  promptly deleted, but this particular user had registered in the old system on 29 Nov 2016.  And thus was brought over as an approved user.

I'm going to modify any old user accounts and set them to un-approved if they have never posted.  This should stop any old spammer "sleeper" accounts.
