softail centre stand

     I Hope someone can enlighten me , softail models from 08 and up can be fitted with a centre stand (hd98959-08) the above picture is of my bike
    which is late 06 fatboy with 07 specs. The lower rear frame has 2 holes either side that have bungs in them that serve no purpose that I can see. Is it it possible that I have a frame with which I can install a centre stand ?
