Gday all , i have a pinch bolt that has snapped leaving the threaded part in place, as I don`t have access to a welder I am looking for another way to remove it. Any tricks ?

Drill and easy-out

Small centre punch and see if you can screw it out should have no weight on it now you have snapped it
spray with CRC or the like

left hand drills work well.recently did my head stem bearings and replaced the 4 bolts at about $1.50 from dealer.peace of mind with 4 new bolts at correct torque.cheers

+1 left hand cobalt drills. best item to get loose studs/bolts out quickly that have broken.
