Won't even start my bike to go show ponying around the city.

Maybe I'm tarring everyone with same brush but I see groups of young blokes on there polished Harley's tearing around the streets with thier loud pipes just to be noticed. Bikes have never been out of town. Bringing unwanted attention to other Harley riders.

Once again pointless riding around town between coffee shops is not where the pleasure of riding is for me, it's out on the road in the countryside doing ks living on the bike for a couple days or a week or whatever.

There is a huge difference , you been around awhile bonkerz thought you would have been of the same opinion.

Well I disagree I love my Harley so much that I'll take any excuse for a ride. I ride to work, the shops, out through the city, with mates and in all weather.

Was just hoping some like minded people would be on this forum and I think there would be .

So you can spend your nights on the internet or you could out there riding .

I like to ride but a ride from the zoo to braddon to make some noise in a built up area on a Friday night is not my go either.

I didn't mean any disrespect. The zoo was just a meeting place that's half way between north and south Canberra .

And I don't mean to offend any one. I guess I'm just the kinda person who loves to ride any chance.

Sounds like a bit of harmless fun. Braddon on a warm night is a good spot for a beer and to perve on some fluff.

I've told one of my sons off for making too much noise in his own backyard.
He doesnt ride as much as me, but I let him know,I didn't want locals complaining in my area about noisy bikers.Too many Highway Patrollers living here.
He understood and appoligised. Just didn't think.
