If your thinking of removing the cat from your header here's some handy info, this was off a 2012 SG.

Bike will run cooler and sound better but a tune will be required now that the flow has been altered.

A set of V&H or similar Slip ons will make a huge difference in performance with a decent tune.

my cats are gone, and yes had it tuned definitely . sound is way better and have v/h twin slash slip ons

I just want to rid my stock fatbob headers of it where the pipes cross over. That and the slip ons should sort things out and look nice and compliant to the untrained eye.
