Vibration between 85 and 103km

    hi all, can anyone help me i seem to have got a vibration through my bike between 85 and 103 km and its only turned up since i put new pipes an screamin eagle plugs and leads?

    tighten up the exhaust mounts, maybe one of the mount tabs is broken on one side
    can you rev the engine to the same rpm range to simulate (stationary) conditions

    here is a long shot

    I remember on this forum, that a vibration at around the same speeds was caused by wheel bearings

    I may be wrong (and often am) but there is a thread like this one

    So you have a bike that is vibrating like an out of control washing machine after a pipe change, and changing out the leads and plugs ....

    Hmm ,,,, I cant see the plugs and lead change being the problem ,, unless their the wrong plugs and leads ,(or damaged), and dramatically messing with the tune....
    So where back to the pipe change .... If you have checked the installation is ok, and for loose or damaged parts etc ,, and it is still vibrating ,,, my advice is ,,, re install the old system back on and see if the vibration disappears ...... It could be wheel bearings, ( as mentioned above),, But one thing at a time.... Then we will re group and go from there .....

    it`s a skirtster, a harley davidson big girl`s vibrator ((((-; all bull dust aside mine does it from 80 to 90, i just stay out of that range, done it since new. good luck tracking it down.

    I spoke to HD dealer today and they think its a wheel weight??
