$65 American is a heavy price for a book shipped to Aus, but a mate in Brisbane wanted a signed copy. I'm not a celebrity, and certianly not someone with a budget for advertising; just a guy who likes to ride, felt an obligation you would have felt the same, and saw opportunities that had to be taken. Books don't sell themselves, and if I don't push it, you'll never know the ride was made, and in my old age, I may end up living under a bridge if I don't recover my expenses.
