Obvious place to mount the plate is smack bang in the middle of the rear mudguard just above the led's. Or whatever those white dots are where the mudguard ends.

    Ask a simple question,

The cameras wouldn't be able to see it if flush mounted there. I would think that making a temporary bracket to hang it below the mudguard for inspection and then moving it back to the side location would be your best bet.

I have mine flush mounted but the guard is longer than yours by a long shot.

Ring your rego depo and ask for the rules....then work with that, if the twisters pull you over, then you can tell them.
I have just asked my local rego for my rocker and side plate is Ok in the NT
Very nice ass end on your rocker there bro

I believe the ADR is 45% angle from ALL Deirections, So laying flush/Flat at a guess I would say not.

Just make a temp bracket to fit the back in the centre...after you get rwc change it back.
