Hey Paul your boots are part of the uniform and must say great boots wear them nearly everywhere
I started my working life as an apprentice mechanic, progressed through the ranks to being the Service Manager for a number of different companies. Work for my self now doing small manufacturing jobs and sericve work.
Hey Paul, was always a "blundstone" man till a few years ago when I pulled on my first pair of your boots. I have been buying-wearing them ever since. Any chance you make riding boots that you can wear all day. My "rebs" are great to ride in but no good if you are walking around a show or at a rally, would save me taking an extra pair of boots away. Congratulations on a great Aussie made product.
Finny and Bli Bli,
Thanks for the comments on the boot's and I'm glad you guy's like them.
Bli Bli,
The only riding boots we make are of the Horse varity..Same as the RM Williams.( yes they come in black
If your interested let me know and I'll organise a pair for you.
G'day Guys,
I'm a boring accountant for an international Australian based company. Have always loved working on anything with a piston engine but never wanted to do the work for strangers.
I consider my work as paying for my family and hobbies.
Hey Bli Bli, Just to let you know they also have a shoe in there line of boots and there fantastic for walking around in, and there steel toe.
I did my Apprenticeship as a Motor Mechanic learnt as much as possible very quickly and worked my way up the ladder to become a Foreman then Service Manager and now General Service Manager of a couple of branches.
I have been in the industry for 34 years and have seen it all.
I have worked with some great Mechanics and some of the biggest wankers on the planet who i would not let them change the spark plug on my lawnmower but i suppose there are good and bad in any industry.
Still play with cars and bikes and love the Harley.

Just a reminder we all have the option to update our profiles with a bit of relevant info also.
Sometimes makes for a good read when the forum is a bit slow or we are doing f--k all at work.
Or pretend to work.
Keep the job profiles coming.

where are all the bums like me, don't be afraid to come out of the woodwork
I started out working as a trainee manager for the GJ Coles company which lasted just over two years. I had hoed to become a graphic artist and went to night school as I didn't make it into uni. Due to my work hours I began to fail night school so quit.
I made a move to Australia Post and the Perth Mail Exchange which I had performed duties previously as a Christmas casual straight out of high school. The place moved and became the Perth Mail Centre. I stayed there for over 13 years in which time I had taken a role as an SMO1, SMO2 (supervisory roles). I then worked a shift that was a 6pm to 2am + overtime and gave up the supervisor role. I got tired of the managerial B.S so I became an Occupational Health & Safety rep and eventually a Union rep. I took a redundancy package that was offered due to health issues.
I had my own business and worked with a group of people until I realized I was being screwed and after losing roughly $54k I had to go back to a 'job'.
I now work for HBF in the call centre.....oh, excuse me.......in the Members Services Centre (call centre is a dirty word) selling home, car, boat, caravan & travel insurance and taking the first call for claims lodgements. I'm currently waiting for a job to be advertised with another potential employer to hopefully get out of insurance. Fingers crossed.
If only I could get a job that entailed riding my Harley and being obnoxious on forums
