My 2013 CVO Breakout is due new front pads ( and front tyre as well ,no coincidence I fear haha ! (16,000 K's up so that's probably OK ))

My query is , and this is my first personally owned Harley with ABS  , are there any "special" tricks or tips to replacement ?

Now I have replaced front and rear pads on countless pre 2011 Harleys over the years , indeed I keep a couple of pairs on the shelf.

Reason I ask is the manuals all mention the dealer Digitech , but I think this may only be necesary for fluid change thru' the ABS module

    I have the pads already , Lyndall 7256 Z-PLUS

I have done mine 4 times now without any issues.
I have also flushed new fluid through a couple of times.
No need to do anything different from the pre abs from what I can see.
    Cheers

Thanks for that confirmation , that's actually what I had thought/suspected.

The brake fluid has been changed by the dealer , back in "warranty" period when they were chasing an ABS light staying on problem.

And they DID have it hooked up to the digitech at that time hence my caution on this occasion

    Thanks Drac
