Hi All 

I have a sportster 48, been dyno tuned at Eastern big twin , Was thinking about putting the standard exhaust back on , I know it needs to be retuned. Can this be done by myself , I dont really want to pay another $700 to get it redone. I have a SERT . 

Is it hard to retune yourself ? I have never done this

DO NOT retune to fit your stock exhaust system

It will run fine enough for your purposes ( whatever they may be !)

It would run a little rich if anything so no problem. Its the running too lean that is an issue.

Right on. Lean is bad. Too rich can be bad too. Why would you want to put stock pipes on if you don't have to? There are performance exhaust options that are between stock sound and obnoxious loud if that's what you're after

you wanna knock about 5points globally off your ve tables, check for knock then could take another 5 off if nothing
