If you want that style VPW has them with out the S&S writing on them for you CV Carb $116.00, there not on the web site you have to call them

Does that include the backing plate or just the cover

Nope...Look up the part number on the backing plate although it looks like an S&S or mikuni backing plate to me. Adapting them is a pain in the but as well; although I have done it on my setup (needs drilling, filing and a bit of metal filler)

It comes complete but you will need a carbie support bracket
