Set of ironhead mid controls anyone?

what year model stock foot controls  1952 to 1974 ,  then 1975 & 1976 , then 1977 & 1978 , then 1979 to 1981 , then 1982 to 1991 , then 1991 to 2003 , & so on etc they where all different as da years went on
