Sux to hear about your accident China, glad you are ok though.  Hope your back gets better soon. Fortunately your bike is still rideable, but being damaged is besides the point, especially this time of year when everyone is going on holidays and having to wait until next year for repairs.

Make sure you document any back issues and get a qualified person to check it out to make sure there won't any permanent issues. Sometimes any issue isn't immediately evident. You need your back for most things in life, especially riding!! Hopefully the cops charge her too. As others have said, at least it wasn't worse.

Fair enough. I guess that I was just hoping you'd have story about suing this 1/2 blind bird, ending up with a fully kitted M8 and regular visits for the rest of your life from a very nice lady with Tiger Balm and devil hands....

Gotta say your attitude concerning life is too short to stuff round with laywers and payouts is a gem and good on you. Most other cunts seem to go the other way these days.
