Do the dealers still order and sell 2009 books? If so they're best and worth the money. I like to have a proper book in front of me rather than stuffing about with laptop, tablet or printed out paper

i got my 08 flstf workshop manual last year from the dealers. About $70 well spent

I googled 2009 rocker workshop manual hard copy and found a couple..

I found one. Same for all models HD. Or so my friends tell me.
